Starting off 2019 as a Broadoaks Wedding Photographer was awesome of course with 2 Weddings within a week of each other, but what was also awesome was in Booking 6 Weddings that first week with 4 of them were also to be at Broadoaks !!!
For Jess & John’s Wedding I started off shooting Jess and her mini factory of Bridesmaids at a local house they’d rented in Windermere, before heading off to shoot a rather emotional John too at Broadoaks
Now of course all Wedding Ceremonies are emotional, sometimes the odd tear, sometimes many a tear, but this one had FLOODS of them!
3 readings all created tears, there were tears on entry and tears of joy – in fact it was such an emotional Ceremony even I had a tear !!!
Although it was another grey day, and with some drizzle, Jess & John were determined to get the photos they wanted outside and Hypothermia be damned! Once the Groups were done I actually sent them back inside to warm up as there’s nothing attractive about a cold-blue skinned Bride lol
Pre-planning for mud had Jess in wellies and we had a great session in the grounds, with only speeches and dancing to follow
A beautiful Wedding which allowed me to create some beautiful photos too – their album is going to be stunning 🙂
In a break from my ‘Facebook’ tradition of a max of just 42 photos I decided to post a whole lot more here, around 100 of them in fact, and while that may seem a lot as you scroll through its less than a 1/5th of what I delivered for them – so they will have OODLES of memories to look back over
Being a Lake District Wedding Photographer is the best job I can imagine 🙂
who especially enjoys being THE number 1 preferred…
